Tiggee is currently seeking
Production Support Specialists. These individuals
are independently responsible for performing software
installations and upgrades on complex solutions and
the processes that affect these solutions. These solutions
include production and various other non-production
environments. Also responsible for a variety of configuration
management tasks. These positions are not systems
developers nor people managers.
These positions are a part of
a team with individuals that are able to work independently
and efficiently. Requires a high level of attention
to detail and multitasking with a variety of clients
and projects while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
This position will require individuals
to carry a pager 24x7 and be "on call" to customers
and their needs. Core office hours are flexible and
travel is not required.

Specialty: Documentation, Configuration Management,

Level: Mid, Senior
Desired Skills: This positions requires a combination
of moderate to senior level technical skills: technical
implementations and solution support are in managed
applications settings (i.e. outsourcing or hosting.)
Experience with AIX, Solaris and Windows Operating
Systems, Oracle DBs, and various scripting languages
are a MUST. Documentation, accuracy, consistency and
attention to detail are key to these positions as
customer solutions are subject to annual audits. Additionally,
experience with configuration management tools and
techniques are required. BS or relevant degree in
related field is required.

with Business Objects (BO) implementation experience
and general data warehousing experience. Must have BO
technical and architecture skills as well as experience
implementing against a Dimensional data model. This
